Jingleball ‘22

The Brief:

Create an entirely new visual identity concept for the upcoming 2022 iHeartRadio Jingle Ball Music Festival. Deliverables include a logo, color scheme, typography choices, backgrounds, and artist imagery treatments.

The Idea:

To resurrect a classic 60’s Modenrist design style that speaks to modern day pop music. I thought developing some cheeky illustrations with warm colors and textures would create a unique look for the concert.

First I created the moodboard. Alt logos in black and main logo in red

Next I started drawing. I began with the obvious holiday iconography, and then found ways to make it more “rock ‘n roll.”
